      设计了一种两阶段算法,引入水温作为中间桥梁,第一阶段利用多变异位自适应遗传算法解析气温与水温数学关系,第二阶段根据遗传算法改进的BP神经网络通过水温对水质进行预测,进而设计气温-水温-水质组成的水质预测算法GA GABP,并将该算法应用于秦皇岛石河水库的水质监测模拟。结果表明,整个过程算法寻优速率快,网络学习时间短,其最终拟合、预测效果理想,能够对水质预警作出有效分析。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, a water quality prediction algorithm was developed based on the relationship between air temperature, water temperature and water quality. It was a two stage algorithm with the water temperature as a bridge. In the first stage, the mathematical relationship between air temperature and water temperature was analyzed by means of multi mutation adaptive genetic algorithm. In the second stage, the BP neural network improved by genetic algorithm was used to predict the water quality based on water temperature. Applied this algorithm to the simulation of water quality monitoring in Qinhuangdao Shihe Reservoir, it showed the advantages of quick searching speed and short learning time, and the final fitting and forecasting results were satisfactory. The model could be used effectively in water quality warning system.
