Four eco environmental indexes, humidity, greenness, heat and dryness, were inverted by using remote sensing ecological index(RSEI) method, Landast TM images from 2000 and Landast OLI images from 2016. The final RSEI image derived from principal component transformation was applied to analyze the eco environmental status in Jiangchuan county for 16 years. The results showed that the remote sensing ecological index (RSEI) rose from 0.472 in 2000 to 0.544 in 2016. The general eco environment was improved. During the 16 years, the decreased, unchanged and increased area of RSEI grading were 49.762 km2, 364.574 km2 and 289.087 km2, accounting for 7.07%, 51.83% and 41.10% of total, respectively. |
