      采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对纳米零价铁(nZVI)做形态表征,考察不同实验条件下nZVI对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的去除效果,评价nZVI处理含铬污染废水的可行性。结果表明:溶液中H+会促进nZVI对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除,去除过程符合拉格尔格伦二级动力学模型,前10 min nZVI对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率在96%以上,1 h后基本达到吸附平衡。nZVI对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除是先吸附后还原,并在nZVI颗粒表面形成Cr-Fe膜结构。实际电镀废水中nZVI投加量为20 g/L,反应1 h后水溶液中大部分重金属被去除。

      In this paper, the effect of nanoscale zero valent iron (nZVI) on the removal of Cr(Ⅵ) from wastewater was studied to evaluate the feasibility of the treatment. The nZVI was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X ray diffraction (XRD). The result showed that H+ in the solution could promote the removal of Cr(Ⅵ) by nZVI, and the removal process was consistent with Lagergren pseudo second order adsorption kinetics. The removal efficiency was over 96% at the first 10 minutes by using nZVI, and the adsorption equilibrium could be achieved after 1 hour. The main mechanism of nZVI to remove Cr(Ⅵ) was adsorption, reduction and forming Cr Fe membrane structure on the surface of nZVI. When the amount of nZVI in electroplating wastewater was 20 g/L, most of the heavy metals in the wastewater were removed after 1 hour of reaction.
