      通过计算评估中国目前主要类型乘用车的碳排放水平,并与欧盟比较,结果表明,2015年中国乘用车平均碳排放水平(151.65 g/km)比欧盟(119.5 g/km)高27%,二者之间约存在5年的发展差距。分析了中国和欧盟的油品质量,以及在CO2减排方面采取的主要措施,提出了发展中国低碳汽车的相关建议。

      CO2 emission levels of main types of passenger cars in China was evaluated and compared with that in EU, results showed that the average CO2 emission of Chinas passenger cars (151.65 g/km) in 2015 was 27% higher than that of in EU (119.5 g/km), and there was a 5 years development gap between them. By comparison the quality of oil and the major CO2 emission cutting measures between EU and China, the development strategy of low carbon cars was proposed.
