| 通过计算评估中国目前主要类型乘用车的碳排放水平，并与欧盟比较，结果表明，2015年中国乘用车平均碳排放水平（151.65 g/km）比欧盟（119.5 g/km）高27%，二者之间约存在5年的发展差距。分析了中国和欧盟的油品质量，以及在CO2减排方面采取的主要措施，提出了发展中国低碳汽车的相关建议。 |

| CO2 emission levels of main types of passenger cars in China was evaluated and compared with that in EU, results showed that the average CO2 emission of Chinas passenger cars （151.65 g/km） in 2015 was 27% higher than that of in EU （119.5 g/km）, and there was a 5 years development gap between them. By comparison the quality of oil and the major CO2 emission cutting measures between EU and China, the development strategy of low carbon cars was proposed. |
