      采用全自动固相萃取-气相色谱/三重四极杆串联质谱法(SPE-GC-MS/MS)分析水中7种指示性多氯联苯,通过优化测定条件,使PCBs在0100 μg/L~100 μg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为007 ng/L~01 ng/L,回收率为721%~102%,RSD为58%~129%。将该方法用于实际水样测定,结果城市污水处理厂的出水中PCBs检出率较高,而废旧电容器封存点周边地表水易受到PCBs的污染。
英文摘要:
      A method of auto solid phase extraction gas chromatography/triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was developed for determining seven indicative polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in water. By optimizing the determination conditions,the method had good linearity in the range of 0.100 μg/L~100 μg/L. The method detection limit, the recoveries and the relative standard deviation ranged from 0.07 ng/L to 0.1 ng/L, 72.1% to 102% and 5.8% to 12.9%, respectively. The method was applied to practical water samples. The results showed that the detection rate of PCBs in the effluent of a municipal wastewater treatment plant was high. The surface water around the storage site of waste capacitors was vulnerable to PCBs pollution.
