用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2/沸石复合光催化剂,采用 X射线衍射仪、拉曼光谱等分析手段对其进行了表征,通过试验探究复合光催化剂降解水中盐酸四环素的影响因素及其规律,同时对催化剂稳定性作评价。结果表明,当复合光催化剂投加量为4 g/L,盐酸四环素初始质量浓度为20 mg/L,pH值为447,暗反应30 min,紫外光照120 min时,盐酸四环素去除率可达917%。催化剂的稳定性试验表明,复合光催化剂在重复使用4次以内时去除率可保持在80%左右。 |

The composite catalyst of zeolite supported TiO2 prepared by sol gel method was characterized by XRD, Raman Spectrum, etc. The influence factors and laws of tetracycline hydrochloride degradation in water were studied. The stability of the composite catalyst was evaluated. Test results showed that in the condition of 4.47 of pH, 30 min of dark reaction and 120 min of UV irradiation, the removal rate of 20 mg/L tetracycline hydrochloride reached to 91.7%. Results of stability experiment showed that it kept 80% removal rate after the composite catalyst being reused for 4 times. |
