通过现场监测和调研数据,分析燃用蔗髓锅炉的硫平衡及SO2排放情况。结果显示,烟气排放的SO2主要来源于鲜蔗和回用洗布水中含有的硫。8个锅炉硫排放在线监测均值与手工监测均值相对偏差为376%~149%,表明结果一致性较好。蔗髓硫质量分数为001%~004%,蔗髓含硫折算后的SO2值和在线监测SO2值分别为221 mg/m3~499 mg/m3和439 mg/m3~1145 mg/m3,说明鲜蔗和制糖工艺流程的共同影响使得燃用蔗髓锅炉排放烟气SO2值偏高。 |

Based on field monitoring and investigation data, the sulfur balance and SO2 emission of bagasse fired boilers were analyzed. The results showed that SO2 emission from the flue gas mainly derived from sulfur in fresh sugarcane and the recycled cloth washing water. The relative deviations of the mean values of on line monitoring and manual monitoring of 8 boilers were 3.76%~14.9%, indicating that the monitoring values were consistent. The mass fraction of sulfur in bagasse were 0.01%~0.04%. The amount of SO2 figured from the sulfur in bagasse were 22.1 mg/m3~49.9 mg/m3 , while the SO2 emission by online monitoring were 43.9 mg/m3~114.5 mg/m3. It explained that high SO2 emission in the flue gas was affected by fresh sugarcane and sugar manufacturing process. |
