      针对水体中低浓度微囊藻毒素(MC-RR和MC-LR)的富集、淋洗、洗脱等前处理环节,采用单因素响应面优化法探讨微囊藻毒素前处理的最佳条件。结果表明:采用体积分数为25%的甲醇水溶液能够取得最佳淋洗效果,由One Factor设计优化得到体积分数为75%的甲醇水溶液作洗脱剂,MC-RR和MC-LR最佳回收率为89.4%和90.7%。方法在0.100 mg/L~5.00 mg/L范围内线性良好,MC-RR和MC-LR的检出限分别为0.07 μg/L和0.04 μg/L,实际水样加标回收率分别为80.6%和84.9%,平行测定结果的RSD分别为1.6%和2.4%。
英文摘要:
      In order to get optimum conditions, single factor response surface optimization method was used in the pre treatment process of enriching, leaching and eluting low concentration of microcystins(MC RR and MC LR) in water. The results showed that it could get the best leaching effect with 25% methanol solution, the best recoveries of MC RR and MC LR were 89.4% and 90.7% by using 75% methanol solution as eluent which optimized by One Factor design. The method had good linearity in the range of 0.100 mg/L to 5.00 mg/L, the detection limits of MC RR and MC LR were 0.07 μg/L and 0.04 μg/L, the recoveries of actual water samples were between 80.6% and 84.9%, and the RSDs of duplicate detection were 1.6% and 2.4%, respectively.
