      为方便地表水中总微囊藻毒素(TMCs)的预警监测,探究提取MC-LR、MC-RR、MC-YR的不同快速前处理方法,建立同时测定3种TMCs的煮沸-过滤-UPLC-MS/MS法。该方法在0.006 μg/L~50.0 μg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为0.006 μg/L~0.010 μg/L,实际水样3个质量浓度水平的加标回收率为88.6%~108%,6次测定结果的RSD为2.6%~94%。

      Different rapid pretreatment methods of extracting MC LR、MC RR、MC YR in surface water was studied for the convenience of early warning and detection of total microcystins(TMCs). A boiling filtration UPLC MS/MS method was developed for simultaneously detecting the 3 TMCs. The method had good linearity in the range of 0.006 μg/L to 50.0 μg/L, the detection limits were 0.006 μg/L~0.010 μg/L. The recoveries of low, medium and high concentration levels were in the range of 88.6%~108%. The relative standard deviations were in the range of 2.6%~9.4%(n=6). This rapid and convenient method could be applied in early warning of large batch of the 3 MCs in eutrophic water.
