      采用加速溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱法探究土壤和沉积物中11种均三嗪类农药测定相关保存条件。结果表明,在4 ℃以下避光、密封,标准贮备液可保存60 d;标准曲线系列溶液可重复使用11 d;阿特拉津等6种化合物的土壤样品可保存20 d,其他化合物可保存5 d~12 d;经过冷冻干燥处理,阿特拉津等7种化合物的沉积物样品可保存8 d,其他化合物可保存12 d;土壤提取液至少可保存60 d。
英文摘要:
      The preservation conditions for the determination of 11 S triazine pesticides in soil and sediment by HPLC with ASE were researched. Results showed that under the conditions of 4 ℃ below, away from light and sealed, the preservation time of the standard solution was 60 d. The period of validity of the standard solutions for determining standard curve was 11 d. The soil samples for determining 6 kinds of compounds such as atrazine could be stored for 20 d, for other compounds it could be 5 d~12 d. After freeze drying, the sediment samples for determining 7 kinds of compounds such as atrazine could be stored for 8 d, for other compounds it could be 12 d, the soil extract samples could be stored for at least 60 d.
