      采用加速溶剂萃取处理土壤样品,用超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定样品中15种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留,方法在5.00 μg/L~200 μg/L范围内线性良好,检出限为0.3 μg/kg~0.5 μg/kg,加标回收率为78.9%~116%,6次测定结果的RSD为0.7%~15.7%。试验表明:不同地域的6种标准土壤对15种目标物测定均存在不同程度的基质效应,基质种类、基质质量浓度和农药质量浓度均会影响基质效应强度。
英文摘要:
      15 carbamate pesticide residues in soil samples were treated by accelerated solvent extraction and determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The linear range of the method was at 5.00 μg/L~200 μg/L of the target compounds, the method detection limits were from 0.3 μg/kg to 0.5 μg/kg, the recoveries ranged from 78.9% to 116%, the RSDs were 0.7%~15.7%(n=6).The results showed that 6 standard soil samples from different regions had different matrix effects on the determination of 15 target substances,and the intensity of matrix effect was affected by matrix type, matrix concentration and pesticide concentration.
