| 采用固相萃取超高效液相色谱串联质谱法（SPE-UPLC-MS/MS）同时测定地下水中涕灭威、克百威、2,4-滴和五氯酚等4种农药残留，通过优化试验条件，使方法在10.0 μg/L～200 μg/L范围内线性良好，检出限为0.003 μg/L~0006 μg/L。标准溶液低、中2个质量浓度水平的加标回收率为84.1%~98.8%，7次测定结果的RSD为1.2%~4.0%。 |

| Aldicarb, carbofuran, 2,4-dichlorophenol and pentachlorophenol in groundwater were determined simultaneously solid phase extraction ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (SPE-UPLC-MS/MS). By optimizing the test conditions, the method had good linearity at 10.0 μg/L～200 μg/L of the target compounds. The detection limits were 0.003 μg/L~0.006 μg/L. The recoveries of standard solution at two mass concentration levels were 84.1%~98.8%, the RSDs of 7 measurements were 12%~4.0%. |
