      采用水蒸气蒸馏萃取法处理新鲜采摘的桂花,利用飞行时间质谱(GC-Q-TOF/MS)法定性分析β 紫罗兰酮,考察β 紫罗兰酮的碎裂方式,再用气相色谱三重四级杆串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)多重反应监测(MRM)定量分析桂花中β 紫罗兰酮。该方法在2.00 μg/L~100 μg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为8.67 ng/L。用该方法连续2 d测定新鲜桂花,β 紫罗兰酮均值为5.55 mg/kg。

      β ionone was extracted from fresh Osmanthus fragrans (Thunb.)Lour. by steam distillation, and was qualitatively analyzed by time of fight mass spectrometry(GC-Q-TOF/MS), quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS) through investigating its fragmentation manner. By optimizing the test conditions,the method had good linearity at 2.00 μg/L~100 μg/L of the target substance, the method detection limit was 8.67 ng/L. The method was applied in determining fresh Osmanthus fragrans (Thunb.)Lour. for 2 days, β-ionone was detected in two batches of samples, and the average test results was 5.55 mg/kg.
