Stable isotope technology has been widely used in identification, traceability, CN cycle, reaction mechanism, etc. in the field of environment. The collection and pretreatment methods of detection samples directly affect the research conclusions. This paper summarized the application and progress of approved sample collection and pretreatment methods in the study of light stable isotopes of natural abundance of environmental samples, including gas and gaseous particulate samples, plant samples, sediment samples, soil samples, water samples, biological samples and geological samples, so as to provide technical support for further improving the accuracy, reliability and diversity of data. |
