Water samples were collected from Yuehai wetland in spring, summer, autumn and winter in 2020, and 10 environmental factors, including chlorophyll a(Chl-a), were determined. Correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis and path analysis were used for analysis and evaluation. The results showed that the mass concentration of Chl-a in deep water and shallow water in Yuehai wetland had great seasonal differences, which was higher in summer and autumn, but lower in spring and winter. Spatially, it was higher in deep water than that in shallow water. The environmental factors affecting Chl-a mass concentration in deep water were water temperature, IMn and DO, in which water temperature had a positive direct effect, while IMn and DO had a negative direct effect. Both TP and BOD5 had a positive direct effect on Chl-a mass concentration in shallow water. TN had little effect on Chl-a mass concentration in Yuehai wetland. The main measures to prevent high mass concentration of Chl-a in Yuehai wetland was to control the input of phosphorus-containing nutrient salts and organic matter. |
