      系统识别了2016—2020年长江南京段岸线资源利用现状及变化情况,并对岸线腹地2km范围内用地类型进行统计分析。结果显示:较2016年,2020年长江南京段自然岸线和城镇生活岸线增多,港口码头岸线和工业生产岸线减少,总体上长江岸线整治工作成效显著,岸线利用率降低了6.5%,而干流岸线开发利用强度仍然偏高;长江南京段干流自然岸线、城镇生活岸线与其腹地2km内生态和城镇生活用地类型较为一致,港口码头岸线、工业生产岸线腹地2km内用地类型多样;岸线利用类型与2km腹地范围内用地类型属性关联强度因南岸和北岸开发强度不同而有所不同,表现为开发强度低、关联性强的规律,南岸腹地用地类型更加分散,岸线腹地1km左右在主要用地类型上呈现略有变化的状态。进一步分析了岸线利用存在的问题,并从顶层设计、自然岸线保护、打通沿江生态廊道、推进岸线清理整顿、强化岸线腹地监管等方面提出了相应的对策建议。

      The situation and changes of the utilization of waterfront resources in Nanjing reach of the Yangtze River from 2016 to 2020 were systematically identified, and the land use types of the hinterland within 2km offshore were statistical analyzed. The results showed that compared to 2016, the waterfront of natural and urban living in Nanjing reach of the Yangtze River increased in 2020, while the waterfront of port and industrial production decreased. On the whole, the waterfront regulation of the Yangtze River achieved remarkable results, waterfront utilization rate decreased by 6.5%, but the development and utilization intensity of the waterfront of the main stream were still high. The natural waterfront and urban living waterfront of the main stream in Nanjing reach of the Yangtze River were consistent with the land types of ecological and urban living in the hinterland within 2km offshore. There were various types of land in the hinterland within 2km from the waterfront of port and industrial production. The correlation strength between waterfront use types and land use types in the hinterland within 2km offshore was different due to the different development intensity in the south bank and north bank, showing a pattern of low development intensity and strong correlation. The land use types in the hinterland of south bank were scattered, and the main land types in the hinterland about 1km from the waterfront changed slightly. The problems existing in waterfront utilization were further analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures were proposed in terms of top-level design, natural waterfront protection, opening up ecological corridors along the river, promoting cleaning up and rectification of the waterfront, and strengthening the supervision of waterfront and hinterland.
