      总结了江苏省典型工业园区绿色发展现状及面临的挑战,分析了园区碳排放现状和碳排放核算体系,指出当前还存在着园区碳排放底数不清、环境容量接近极限、产业结构和碳排放结构存在差异、碳排放数据统计核算体系有待建立等问题,提出了基于产业提质、节能减排、基建改造和低碳管理的工业园区低碳发展行动路线,以及构建差异化绿色发展格局、打造绿色产业发展体系、强化绿色技术创新供给等后续发展方向。
英文摘要:
      This paper summarized the green development status and challenges faced by typical industrial parks in Jiangsu Province, analyzed the carbon emission status and carbon emission accounting system of the parks, pointed out that there were still several issues such as unclear carbon emission base of the parks, environmental capacity approaching the limit, differences between industrial structure and carbon emission structure, and urgent need to establish a reliable carbon emission data statistics and accounting system. It proposed a low-carbon development action route for industrial parks based on industrial quality improvement, energy conservation and emission reduction, infrastructure renovation and low-carbon management, as well as future development directions such as building a differentiated green development pattern, creating a green industry development system, and strengthening the supply of green technology innovation.
