石英空气滤膜样品以5 mmol/L柠檬酸为提取剂,75℃水浴超声浸提3 h,浸提液用高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(HPLC-ICP/MS)测定硒酸根[Se(Ⅵ)]、亚硒酸根[Se(Ⅳ)]、硒脲(SeUr)、硒代蛋氨酸(SeMet)等4种硒形态。结果表明,方法在0μg/L~50.0μg/L范围内线性良好,上述4种硒形态方法检出限分别为0.25μg/L、0.58μg/L、1.17μg/L、0.25μg/L。空白滤膜加标样11次测定结果的RSD为1.1%~4.9%,平均加标回收率为70.0%~103%。将该方法用于分析无锡地区PM2.5中的硒,发现主要是无机硒形态,未检出有机硒形态。 |

The samples collected by quartz filter membrane were extracted by ultrasound in 75 ℃ water bath for 3 h, using 5 mmol/L citric acid as the extraction agent. Selenate [Ⅵ], selenite [Ⅳ], selenourea (SeUr) and selenomethionine (SeMet) in the extraction solution were determined by high performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HPLC-ICP/MS). The results showed that the method had good linearity in the range of 0μg/L to 50.0μg/L, and the method detection limits for the above four selenium species were 0.25μg/L, 0.58μg/L, 1.17μg/L and 0.25μg/L, respectively. The RSD of 11 measurements of spiked blank filter membrane samples ranged from 1.1% to 4.9%, and the average recoveries ranged from 70.0% to 103%. The method was applied in analyzing selenium in PM2.5 in Wuxi area, inorganic selenium was found to be dominant, but organic selenium was not detected. |
