      通过对入河(海)排污口污染影响区的遥感解译和反演,综合排污单位污染排放监测数据,构建排污单位的污染排放-排污口扩散-受纳水体污染影响之间的“厂-河”关系模型。以钱塘江某排污口为例,应用遥感技术建立废水排放量与污染影响范围之间的回归方程,用实例验证并分析排污口的排污情况及河流的污染影响情况。结果表明,入河排污口污染影响区的分析结果与污染物排放量存在正相关关系;“厂-河”关系模型可被用来监控污染源的污染物排放情况,对地表水环境质量进行预警监测。
英文摘要:
      By remote sensing interpretation and inversion of the pollution area at sewage outfalls into environmental water bodies,and combining the monitoring data of emissions from pollutant discharging units, a “factory-river” relationship model between pollution discharge, swage outlet diffusion and receiving water pollution was constructed. Taking sewage outfalls into Qiantang River as an example,a regression equation between wastewater discharge and pollution range was established using remote sensing technology. The discharge at sewage outlets and the pollution of the river were verified and analyzed by examples. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the monitoring results at the sewage outfalls into rivers and the discharge of pollutants. The “factory-river” relationship model could be used to monitor the discharge of pollutants from pollution sources and the environmental quality of surface water.
