      选取外秦淮河控制断面作为研究对象,构建秦淮河一维水环境数学模型(MIKE 11),模拟不同水文气象条件下多种引水工况和污染削减方案对水质改善的影响。结果表明:当上游来水为Ⅲ类水时,汛期污染量削减≥50%,非汛期污染量削减≥50%或秦淮新河调水量≥15m3/s可保证断面水质达标;在90%降雨保证率情景下,区域污染量削减≥50%或秦淮新河引水≥30m3/s,以及引水量≥15m3/s和污染量削减≥25%的组合方案可保证断面水质达标。当上游来水维持现状时,非汛期需要增加区域污染削减率或秦淮新河引水量来保证断面水质达标。

      Taking the key sections in Outer Qinhuai River as the research objects, this paper constructed a one dimensional mathematical model(MIKE 11) for water environment of Qinhuai River to simulate the effects of various water diversion conditions and pollution reduction projects on water quality improvement under different hydrological and meteorological conditions. The results showed that when the quality of the upstream water was in Class Ⅲ level, to ensure that the water quality at the sections met the standard requirements, the pollution reduction must be ≥ 50% during flood season, while in non flood season, the pollution reduction must be ≥ 50% or the water diversion from Qinhuai New River must be ≥ 15 m3/s. When the accumulated frequency of rainfall was 90%, the projects of reducing regional pollution by ≥50%, or diverting water from Qinhuai New River by ≥30 m3/s, or the combination of diverting water by ≥15 m3/s and reducing pollution by ≥25% could ensure that the water quality in the sections met the standard requirements. When the upstream water maintained as it was, in non flood season, it was necessary to increase the regional pollution reduction rate or the water diversion from Qinhuai New River to ensure that the water quality in the sections met the standard requirements.
