利用随机森林算法对吴淞江(江苏段)整治工程所处的吴淞江江苏段集水区进行土地利用现状分类,将InVEST模型应用于水利工程项目生态影响评价中,在只须获取少量数据的条件下,快速建立评价模型,直观、精确地得到工程施工前和竣工后生态环境变化,实现生境质量评价。结果表明:研究区土地利用现状分类总体精度达到9325%,Kappa系数为9181%;工程施工前研究区生境质量指数最高值为076,位于独墅湖湖心,生境质量指数均值为0100,整体生境质量偏低;工程竣工后生境质量指数均值为0098,比施工前下降了0002,下降率为200%,工程建设导致生境质量下降和生境退化度增强,为保证生境质量不降低,须进行生态补偿。 |

Using random forest algorithm to classify the land use status of the watershed where Wusong River(Jiangsu section) remediation project was located, and employing InVEST model to ecological impact assessment of the water conservancy project, an assessment model was quickly established with only a small amount of data, and the changes of ecological environment before and after construction could be intuitively and accurately obtained, so as to achieve habitat quality assessment. The results showed that the overall accuracy of land use classification in the study area reached 93.25%, with a Kappa coefficient of 91.81%. The highest habitat quality index in the study area before construction was 0.76, which was located in the center of Dushu Lake. The average habitat quality index was 0.100, indicating that the overall habitat quality was low. After completion, the average habitat quality index was 0.098, which decreased by 0.002 compared with before construction, and the decrease rate was 2.00%. Engineer construction could lead to a decline in habitat quality and an incr ease in habitat degradation. In order to ensure that the habitat quality reduction would not be reduced, ecological compensation should be carried out. |
