采用荧光免疫法原位测定地表水中2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D),方法在72μg/L~2117μg/L范围内线性良好,最低检出限为26μg/L。对空白水、长江水和湖泊水样品做2,4-D的4个质量浓度水平的加标回收试验,7次测定结果的RSD为39%~58%,加标回收率为859%~106%。用该方法与国标法同时测定黄石市内某长江水源地和某湖泊水中的2,4-D,结果无明显差异。 |

In this study, 2,4 Dichlorphenoxyacetic acid(2,4 D) in surface water was determined in suit by fluorescence immunoassay. The method had good linearity in the range of 7.2 μg/L to 211.7 μg/L. The detection limit was 26 μg/L. The spiked recoveries on blank and practical samples from Yangtze River and a lake at four mass concentration levels of 2,4 D were from 85.9% to 106%, and the RSDs of seven measurements were from 3.9% to 5.8%. There was no significant difference between the results by this method and the national standard method in determining 2,4 D in water from Yangtze River water source and a lake in Huangshi. |
