利用铬高温发生化学反应,减少氢同位素分馏效应,确保氢元素尽可能转化为氢气,从而获得准确的氢同位素比值。把原方法的填充材料替换成铬粒和刚玉球(新方法),同时测定3种固体和3种水的氢稳定同位素标准品获得较好的线性(R2=0999 5),使得固体样品的氢同位素测量结果可直接与国际公认的水标准物VSMOW-SLAP标度相关联。用原方法和新方法测定含有杂质元素的化学品、头发和茶叶样品,结果有差异,测定不含杂质元素的聚乙烯,准确度均较高。 |

By the chemical reaction of Cr at high temperature, the fractionation effect of hydrogen isotope was reduced, and hydrogen element was converted into hydrogen gas as much as possible, thus accurate hydrogen isotope ratios were obtained. The filling material of the original method was replaced with chromium particles and corundum spheres(the new method). The method had good linearity(R2=0.999 5) in simultaneously determining stable hydrogen isotope reference materials of three kinds of solid and three kinds of water samples. The hydrogen isotope measurements of solid samples could be directly associated with the internationally recognized water standard material VSMOW SLAP scale. The results by the original and new methods for the determination of chemicals containing impurities, hair and tea samples were different, but those of polyethylene without impurities were both accurate. |
