以花生秸秆与农村污水污泥为原料,在不同热解温度、热解时间、秸秆和污泥配比条件下制备生物炭,并对制得的生物炭理化性质进行表征,通过吸附试验考察生物炭对重金属离子Cu2+、Pb2+、Cr6+的吸附性能。结果表明:当热解温度为400℃、热解时间为4h时,纯秸秆制备的生物炭为最佳,该条件下生物炭的产率为3591%,灰分为2849%,制得的生物炭对Cu2+、Pb2+、Cr6+的吸附量分别为2138mg/g、1765mg/g、2107mg/g。 |

Using peanut straw and rural sewage sludge as raw materials, biochar was prepared under different pyrolysis temperatures, pyrolysis time and straw to sludge ratios. The physicochemical properties of the biochar were characterized, and its adsorption properties for heavy metal ions of Cu2+, Pb2+ and Cr6+ were investigated through adsorption tests. The results indicated that when the pyrolysis temperature was 400 ℃ and the pyrolysis time was 4 h, the biochar prepared from pure straw was optimal. Under these conditions, the yield of biochar was 3591%, the ash content was 2849%, and the adsorption capacities for Cu2+, Pb2+ and Cr6+ were 2138 mg/g, 1765 mg/g, and 2107 mg/g, respectively. |
