      以花生秸秆与农村污水污泥为原料,在不同热解温度、热解时间、秸秆和污泥配比条件下制备生物炭,并对制得的生物炭理化性质进行表征,通过吸附试验考察生物炭对重金属离子Cu2+、Pb2+、Cr6+的吸附性能。结果表明:当热解温度为400℃、热解时间为4h时,纯秸秆制备的生物炭为最佳,该条件下生物炭的产率为3591%,灰分为2849%,制得的生物炭对Cu2+、Pb2+、Cr6+的吸附量分别为2138mg/g、1765mg/g、2107mg/g。

      Using peanut straw and rural sewage sludge as raw materials, biochar was prepared under different pyrolysis temperatures, pyrolysis time and straw to sludge ratios. The physicochemical properties of the biochar were characterized, and its adsorption properties for heavy metal ions of Cu2+, Pb2+ and Cr6+ were investigated through adsorption tests. The results indicated that when the pyrolysis temperature was 400 ℃ and the pyrolysis time was 4 h, the biochar prepared from pure straw was optimal. Under these conditions, the yield of biochar was 3591%, the ash content was 2849%, and the adsorption capacities for Cu2+, Pb2+ and Cr6+ were 2138 mg/g, 1765 mg/g, and 2107 mg/g, respectively.
