      梳理了国内外海洋油气行业甲烷监测研究领域的重要成果,对比分析监测方法,总结了船载走航监测、飞机巡航监测及卫星遥感监测方法的优缺点和适用性。针对我国海洋油气平台甲烷监测方案及核算方法尚不完善的现状,提出开展典型海洋油气平台甲烷船载走航试点监测、拓展推动“海空一体”甲烷监测技术应用,以及构建海洋油气平台甲烷逸散监测体系等后续研究方向。

      In this paper, the important achievements of methane monitoring in offshore oil and gas industry at home and abroad were reviewed. The advantages, disadvantages and applicability of shipborne underway monitoring, aircraft cruise monitoring and satellite remote sensing monitoring were summarized by comparison. In response to the current situation of incomplete methane monitoring plans and accounting methods for offshore oil and gas platforms in China, follow up research directions were proposed to carry out shipborne underway pilot monitoring for typical offshore oil and gas platforms, expand and promote the application of “sea air integrated” monitoring technology and build a methane leakage monitoring system for offshore oil and gas platforms.
