      采用QuEChERS-HPLC-MS/MS法测定秦岭土壤中11种当前使用农药(CUPs),包括有机磷类农药、氨基甲酸酯类农药及新烟碱类农药。通过优化试验条件,使方法在0500μg/L~500μg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为0027 ng/g~0133 ng/g。空白基质低、中、高3个质量比水平的加标回收率为554%~117%,3次测定结果的RSD为13%~77%。将该方法用于测定秦岭(西安段)土壤,各采样点检出的8种CUPs质量比范围为0161 ng/g~194 ng/g,主要为有机磷类农药,推测其来源可能是附近农田中施用的CUPs挥发进入空气,再经大气传输进入秦岭土壤。
英文摘要:
      An analysis method was established by QuEChERS HPLC MS/MS for determining 11 currently used pesticides(CUPs) in the soil of Qinling Mountains, including organophosphorus pesticides, carbamate pesticides and neonicotinoid pesticides. By optimizing the experimental conditions, 〖JP3〗the method had good linearity in the range of 0500 μg/L~500 μg/L, and the method detection limits were from 0027 ng/g to 0133 ng/g. The recoveries of blank samples spiked to low, medium and high concentration levels were between 554% and 117%, and the RSDs of three measurements ranged from 13% to 77%. 〖JP2〗Applying this method to determining the soil samples from Qinling Mountains(Xian section), the concentration of 8 CUPs detected in each sampling site ranged from 0161 ng/g to 194 ng/g, mainly organophosphorus pesticides, which might originate from the volatilization of CUPs applied in nearby farmland and enter the soil of Qinling Mountains through atmospheric transport.
