      建立了一种集中式的油气回收气液比在线监测方法,通过监测整个加油站或单台加油机的总油气回气量,结合单枪加油气液比和模型算法实现加油站每条加油枪气液比的连续精准在线监测,该监测结果与手工监测结果的差值在±015以内,与传统的分散式油气回收在线监测结果的相对偏差在±15%以内。该方法能准确识别油气回收气液比监测异常和加油枪故障,相关参数指标满足《加油站大气污染物排放标准》(GB 20952—2020)中油气回收气液比在线监测要求。
英文摘要:
      An online monitoring method was developed for air to liquid volume ratio of centralized vapor recovery. Continuous and accurate online monitoring of air to liquid volume ratio of each fuel nozzle was carried out by monitoring the total vapor recovery of the entire gas station or a single refueling equipment, combined with air to liquid volume ratio of a single fuel nozzle and the model algorithm. The difference between the monitoring results of this method and that of manual monitoring was within ±015, and the difference was within ±15% compared with the traditional decentralized online monitoring for vapor recovery. This method could accurately identify anomalies in monitoring air to liquid volume ratio of vapor recovery and fuel nozzle malfunctions. The relevant parameters of this method met the requirements of air to liquid volume ratio online monitoring for vapor recovery in “Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Gasoline Filling Stations”(GB 20952—2020).
