将地理信息系统与地统计学相结合,以土壤Cu含量为研究对象,选取常用的反距离权重(IDW)法、径向基函数(RBF)法、普通克里格(OK)法、经验贝叶斯克里金插值(EBK)及带障碍的核插值(KIB)法进行建模,用平均误差(ME)、标准化平均误差(MSE)、均方根误差(RMSE)及同一系数(AC)对各方法的性能进行定量评价,分析5种插值方法对复杂地形的适用性。结果表明,各方法的预测精度有一定差异,KIB法预测结果的RMSE最小,AC值最高,更适用于复杂地形,能基于研究区实际情况产生详细、合理的预测图,具有较好的精度和预测效果。 |

Taking Cu content in soil as the research object, combined with geographic information system(GIS) and geostatistics, a model was established by common methods of inverse distance weighting(IDW), radial basis function(RBF), ordinary kriging(OK), empirical Bayesian kriging(EBK) and kernel interpolation with barriers(KIB). Mean error(ME), standardized mean error(MSE), root mean square error(RMSE) and coefficient of identity(AC) were used to evaluate the performance of each method. The applicability of these five interpolation methods to complex terrain was studied. The results showed that there were some differences in the prediction accuracy of each method. KIB had the smallest RMSE and the largest AC, which was more suitable for complex terrain and could provide detailed and reasonable prediction maps based on the actual situation of the study area. It had better accuracy and prediction effect. |
