      以绵竹市规划区为例,基于ArcGIS空间数据库,采用声环境质量评估方法,分析了2019—2021年区域声环境、道路交通声环境、功能区声环境的现状及变化趋势,并调整划分声环境功能区。结果表明,区域声环境质量稳中变好;昼间道路交通噪声评价由“好”变为“较好”再变为“好”,夜间道路交通噪声评价保持为“好”;功能区昼间声环境达标率2季度逐年升高,其他季度先降后升,夜间达标率1季度保持不变,其他季度先降后升;声环境功能区调整划分结果为无0类功能区,有1类、2类、3类功能区。

      Taking the planning area in Mianzhu as an example, based on ArcGIS spatial database and noise environmental quality assessment method, the current situation and change trend of regional environmental noise, traffic noise and environmental noise function from 2019 to 2021 were analyzed, and the environmental noise function was adjusted. The results showed that the environmental quality of regional noise improved steadily. The traffic noise in daytime was evaluated as “good” “relatively good” and “good” during the three years, while remained “good” at nighttime. The compliance rate of environmental noise function in daytime increased year by year in the second quarter, but decreased first and then increased in other quarters. The compliance rate at nighttime remained unchanged in the first quarter, and decreased first and then increased in other quarters. The results of environmental noise function regionalization showed that there was no Class 0 functional area, and there were Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 functional areas.
