| 综合评述了煤化工园区环境污染成因、污染物迁移途径及累积影响等现状，以榆林市煤化工园区环境污染为例，剖析环境管理存在的问题，包括环保意识淡薄、未建立长效工作机制、缺乏先进技术和设备、废水回收利用率低、产业结构有待优化等，并从调整产业结构、完善环保设施、发展废水利用技术、开展跟踪评价、编制应急预案等多方面提出了优化建议。 |

| This study comprehensively reviewed the current status of environmental pollution causes， the migration pathway and cumulative impacts of pollutants in coal chemical industrial parks. Taking the environmental pollution in a coal chemical industrial park in Yulin as an example， this paper analyzed the existing problems in environmental management， including weak environmental awareness， failure to establish a long term working mechanism， lack of advanced technology and equipment， low wastewater recovery rate and a need to optimize the industrial structure. It put forward optimization suggestions from adjusting industrial structure， improving environmental protection facilities， developing wastewater utilization technologies， conducting follow up evaluation and formulating emergency response plans. |
