综述了不同剂量、不同形式的铁对厌氧氨氧化(Anammox)脱氮的影响。分析了铁对Anammox作用的潜在机理,包括铁优化Anammox的反应环境,如pH值、氧化还原电位(ORP),以及铁影响厌氧氨氧化微生物,如促进形成厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥(AnGS)、刺激细菌分泌胞外聚合物(EPS)、促进相关酶活性与基因表达、强化群体感应(QS)效应。介绍了由铁介导的相关Anammox耦合工艺,包括铁碳微电解(IC-ME)耦合Anammox和铁氨氧化(Feammox)、硝酸盐型厌氧亚铁氧化(NDFO)耦合Anammox。提出了未来应深入探究各种形式铁的最佳剂量、拓展铁耦合Anammox的实际应用、利用分子生物学技术追踪铁的完整转运机制、探究验证耦合体系中铁氮循环涉及的作用机制等展望。 |

The effects of different doses and forms of iron on Anammox denitrification were reviewed. The potential mechanism of the influence of iron on Anammox was analyzed, including the optimization of the reaction environment such as pH value and oxidation reduction potential(ORP) by iron, as well as the influence of iron on anaerobic ammonium oxidation microorganisms, such as promoting the formation of anaerobic ammonium oxidation granular sludge(AnGS), stimulating the secretion of extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) by bacteria, enhancing the activity of related enzymes and gene expression, and strengthening the quorum sensing(QS) effect. The related Anammox coupling processes mediated by iron were introduced, including iron carbon micro electrolysis(IC ME) coupled with Anammox and ferric ammonium oxidation(Feammox), nitrate dependent ferrous oxidation(NDFO) coupled with Anammox. It was proposed that the optimal dosage of various forms of iron and the practical applications of iron coupled Anammox should be studied in the future, 〖GK!86mm〗and the researches on the complete transport mechanism of iron and the verification of the effect of iron nitrogen cycle in the coupled system were prospected. |
