      通过在会仙岩溶湿地不同水体中布设21个采样点,检测雨季、旱季水体中16 种多环芳烃(PAHs)质量浓度,并对水体中PAHs 的生态风险和人体健康风险进行评价。结果表明,研究区地表水、井水、地下河水中仅检出7种PAHs,整体表现为地下河水质优于井水和地表水、旱季水质优于雨季。生态风险评估结果显示,雨季地表水中Ace、Flu、Phe、FluA和Pyr,井水中Ace、Flu和Phe,地下河水中Flu和Phe,均处于中等生态风险;旱季地表水中Phe和BaA,井水中Phe、FluA和Pyr,地下河水中Phe,均处于中等生态风险;而ΣPAHs总体则处于低生态风险水平。健康风险评价结果显示,雨季地表水中ΣPAHs暴露的成人(7804×10-7a-1)和儿童(7147×10-7a-1)总健康风险接近10×10-6a-1,应当引起适度关注。

      21 sampling sites were set up in different water bodies of Huixian Karst wetland to detect the mass concentrations of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) during rainy and dry seasons, and to evaluate the ecological risks and human health risks of these PAHs. The results showed that only 7 kinds of PAHs were detected in surface water, well water and underground river water in the study area. Overall, the quality of underground river water was better than that of well water and surface water, and the water quality in dry season was better than that in rainy season. 〖GK!86mm〗The results of ecological risk assessment showed that Ace, Flu, Phe, FluA and Pyr in surface water, Ace, Flu and Phe in well water, and Flu and Phe in underground river water were at a moderate ecological risk during rainy season. Phe and BaA in surface water, Phe, FluA and Pyr in well water, and Phe in underground river water were at a moderate ecological risk during dry season, and ΣPAHs was generally at a 〖HK〗low ecological risk level. The results of health risk assessment showed that the total health risk of exposure levels for adults (7.804×10-7 a-1) and children (7.147×10-7 a-1) in surface water during rainy season were close to 1.0×10-6 a-1, and should be given moderate attention.
