利用NSGA-Ⅱ多目标优化算法构建了平衡农村河流生态治理成本、水质改善和生态影响的优化模型。通过量化目标函数分析了三者之间的相互关系,成本与水质改善呈正相关关系,与生态影响呈负相关关系,水质改善与生态影响呈负相关关系。投入成本的增加能显著改善水质,同时减轻生态环境负面影响。水质改善与生活质量评分存在一定的负相关关系,可能受到边际效用递减规律的影响。Pareto前沿分析可为决策者提供多样化的治理方案。 |

This research constructed an optimization model by NSGA Ⅱ that balanced the cost of ecological governance, water quality improvement and ecological impact of rural rivers. The interrelationships among the three were analyzed by quantifying the objective functions. The cost was positively correlated with water quality improvement and negatively correlated with ecological impact. Water quality improvement was negatively correlated with ecological impact. The increase in input costs could significantly improve water quality and alleviate the negative impact on the ecological environment at the same time. There was a certain negative correlation between water quality improvement and the score of life quality, which might be affected by the law of diminishing marginal utility. Pareto frontier analysis could provide decision makers with diverse governance options. |
