      对某典型沥青拌合站的搅拌出料口、卸料口和沥青储罐排放的VOCs进行手工采样与分析。结果表明:沥青拌合站生产过程中排放的VOCs质量浓度为924μg/m3~11 237μg/m3,受温度和搅拌强度影响,沥青搅拌设备出料口排放的VOCs质量浓度最高,成分以烷烃为主,其次为烯烃和酯类,特征组分为十一烷、丙烷、异戊烷、正癸烷、丙烯和乙酸正丁酯。利用最大反应增量活性计算各组分的臭氧生成潜势(OFP),范围为217μg/m3~23 168μg/m3,其中贡献占比较大的组分为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、1-丁烯、1,2,3-三甲苯、丙烯、1-己烯、1,2,4-三甲苯、顺-2-丁烯、1-戊烯、间二甲苯和丙烯酸甲酯。

      Manual sampling and analysis of VOCs emitted from the mixing outlet, discharge outlet and asphalt storage tank of a typical asphalt mixing plant were carried out. The results showed that VOCs emissions were 924 μg/m3~11 237 μg/m3 during the production process. Affected by temperature and stirring intensity, the mass concentration of VOCs at the discharge outlet of asphalt mixing equipment was the highest. The main components were alkanes, followed by alkenes and esters. The characteristic components were undecane, propane,isopentane,n decane,propylene and n butyl acetate. The ozone formation potential(OFP) of each component was calculated to be 217 μg/m3~23 168 μg/m3 by maximum incremental reactivity(MIR),among which methyl methacrylate,1 butene,〖GK!86mm〗1,2,3 trimethylbenzene,propylene,1 hexene,1,2,4 trimethylbenzene,cis 2 butene,1 pentene,m xylene and methyl acrylate contributed large proportions.
