| 分析了污染场地风险评估的现状,阐明了风险预判的基本内涵,通过梳理工业场地从关停到安全再利用不同环节的风险特点,以场地污染的健康风险程度评价、场地实施修复的风险程度评价和场地其他不确定性评价作为核心工作内容,构建了污染场地的风险预判工作框架,设置了污染场地风险预判的关键指标,并提出由管理组、专家组、技术组作为参与主体,按照“分类、分阶段、分区”的方式开展污染场地的风险预判工作。 |

| This paper analyzed the current situation of risk assessment for contaminated sites and clarified the fundamental concepts of risk prediction. Based on the risk characteristics of industrial sites at different stages from shutdown to safe reuse, and taking the health risk assessment, remediation risk assessment and other uncertainty assessment of contaminated sites as the core, it constructed a working framework for risk prediction of contaminated sites, set key indicators, and proposed that the management team, expert group and technical personnel be the main participants to carry out the risk prediction of contaminated sites in a “classified, phased and regional” manner. |
