      以矿区原生植物狼尾草(Pennisetum alopecuroides)和极小短小杆菌(Curtobacterium pusillum)为研究对象,通过盆栽试验,在不同Cd污染水平土壤中接种极小短小杆菌,研究该菌种对狼尾草生长特性的影响,并考察狼尾草对土壤中Cd的耐受性。结果表明,接种极小短小杆菌能显著提高狼尾草的抗氧化酶活性,以及非酶抗氧化剂、渗透调节物质和金属硫蛋白(MTs)含量,可减轻Cd胁迫造成的氧化损害,改善狼尾草的生长。在600 mg/kg的Cd污染水平下,接种极小短小杆菌的狼尾草中过氧化物酶(POD)活性和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量比未接种的对照组分别高16744%和8920%,可溶性糖(SS) 和MTs含量分别增加2781%和2532%,根长和株高显著提高5984%和4723%(P<005)。
英文摘要:
      In this study,C.pusillum and the native plant P.alopecuroides in the mining area were taken as the research objects. Through pot experiments, C.pusillum was inoculated in soils with different levels of Cd pollution to study its effects on the growth characteristics of P.alopecuroides and to investigate the tolerance of P.alopecuroides to Cd in soil. The results showed that inoculation with C.pusillum could significantly enhance the antioxidant enzyme activity of P.alopecuroides, increase the content of non enzymatic antioxidants, osmotic regulators and metallothionein(MTs) in P.alopecuroides, alleviate the oxidative damage caused by Cd stress and improve the growth of P.alopecuroides. When the Cd content was 600 mg/kg,the peroxidase(POD) activity and glutathione(GSH) content in P.alopecuroides inoculated with C.pusillum were 16744% and 8920% higher, respectively, than those in the uninoculated control group. The contents of soluble sugar(SS) and MTs increased by 2781% and 2532%, respectively. The root length and plant height were significantly increased by 5984% and 4723%(P<005),respectively.
