| 对有机废弃物工业化堆肥过程中的微生物群落做理化性质检测、高通量测序及16S rRNA基因测序,分析堆肥原料理化性质演变对微生物多样性和群落结构的影响。微生物信息学分析显示:细菌群落随堆肥进程由变形菌门和拟杆菌门演变为厚壁菌门、放线菌门和变形菌门,属水平由土藤黄色单胞菌属逐渐演替为八叠球菌属和棒状杆菌属;在堆肥过程中真菌群落的优势菌门为子囊菌门,毛霉菌门丰富度由272%升至2484%,担子菌门由243%升至1581%,优势菌属由嗜热真菌属和酵母属演变为毛霉属和根毛霉属。冗余分析(RDA)结果显示,TOC、C/N、TN和AP是影响细菌Chao1和Shannon指数的主要环境因子,TOC、C/N和AP是影响真菌群落结构的关键因素。 |

| This study conducted physicochemical property detection, high throughput sequencing and 16S rRNA gene sequencing on the microbial community during the industrial composting process of organic waste, and analyzed the impact of the evolution of physicochemical properties of composting raw materials on microbial diversity and community structure. The results of microbial informatics analysis showed that the bacterial community evolved from Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes to Firmicutes, Actinobacteria and Proteobacteria during the composting process, and gradually evolved from Luteimonas to Tepidimicrobium and Corynebacterium. During the composting process, the dominant phylum of fungal communities was Ascomycota, the abundance of Mucoromycota increased from 272% to 2484%, the Basidiomycota increased from 243% to 1581%. The dominant genera evolved from Thermomyces 〖GK!86mm〗and Remersonia to Mucor and Rhizomucor. Redundancy analysis(RDA) indicated that total organic carbon(TOC), carbon to nitrogen ratio(C/N), total nitrogen(TN) and available phosphorus(AP) were the main environmental factors affecting Chao1 and Shannon indices of bacteria, while TOC, C/N and AP were key factors affecting the structure of fungal com〖HK〗munities. |
