| 以华东地区6省1市为研究区,基于2010—2022年省级面板数据,应用DPSIR模型构建低碳发展评价指标体系,通过CRITIC-RSR组合模型对该地区低碳发展情况进行综合评价及障碍因素诊断分析。结果表明:研究区低碳发展近年呈现更加积极的态势,WRSR均值由2020年的0567增长到2022年的0582,增幅为265%,其中江西省WRSR值从0503增长到0554,增幅最大,为1014%;人均能源消耗量、森林覆盖率、自然保护区面积占比是影响研究区低碳发展最主要的3个障碍因素,在该地区出现频次分别为18、16、16;控制能源消费状态、增加绿色基础设施建设的政策响应可以有效缓解障碍因素的影响。 |

| Taking six provinces and one municipality in East China as the study area, based on the provincial panel data from 2010 to 2022, this research constructed a low carbon development assessment index system by DPSIR model, and conducted comprehensive assessment and obstacle factor diagnosis of the low carbon development in this region by CRITIC RSR combination model. The results indicated that the low carbon development in the study area exhibited a positive trend in recent years. The mean WRSR increased from 0567 in 2020 to 0582 in 2022, with a growth rate of 265%. Among them, the WRSR in Jiangxi increased from 0503 to 0554, with the largest growth rate of 1014%. Per capita energy consumption, forest coverage and the proportion of nature reserve area were the three main obstacle factors affecting the low carbon development in the study area, and their occurrence frequencies were 18, 16, and 16, respectively. It pointed out that controlling energy consumption and increasing green infrastructure construction could effectively alleviate the impact of obstacle factors. |
