      介绍了一种视频监控电子围栏智慧监管系统,该系统通过在空气质量监测站周边部署多种类型的视频监控设备,结合人工智能数据分析技术,对监测站周边环境进行实时监控,记录取证对站房的入侵与干扰行为。系统可实现对空气质量监测站房周边异常行为和监测数据异动的自动预警,异常行为预警范围包括雾炮车作业、水雾喷淋、无人机作业、非运维人员入侵、烟花燃放、焚烧和建筑扬尘等人为干扰监测和污染环境的行为,并对平台发现的疑似人为干扰报警事件和环境污染类问题线索进行及时闭环处理。
英文摘要:
      This paper introduced a video electronic fence intelligent supervision system. By installing various types of video surveillance equipment around the air quality monitoring station and using artificial intelligence data analysis technology, the system monitored the surrounding environment of the station in real time, recorded and collected evidence of intrusion and disturbance behaviors to the station buildings. It could automatically warn of abnormal behaviors 〖JP〗around the monitoring station and abnormal monitoring data. These abnormal behaviors included man made interference and environmental pollution, such as mist cannon truck operation, water mist spraying operation, drone operation, non staff intrusion, fireworks display, intrusion and construction dust. It promptly and completely handled suspected man made interference alarm events and environmental pollution clues discovered by the platform.
