      为综合评估山水林田湖草生态〖JP3〗修复工程的生态效益,结合区域自然条件、生态系统及社会经济状况,基于压力〖CD*2〗〖JP〗状态〖CD*2〗响应(PSR)模型,构建山水林田湖草生态健康指数评价体系。该体系包含9类23项具体指标,涵盖生态环境压力、生态健康状态、生态健康响应能力3个维度。通过该体系评估常州市金坛区实施山水林田湖草生态修复工程前后压力、状态、响应和生态健康综合评估指数(EWI)的变化情况,结果表明,2020年、2021年和2022年压力指数分别为38、36和38,状态指数分别为2748、3168和3108,响应指数均为47,压力指数和状态指数仍有较大的提升空间;2020年、2021年和2022年EWI分别为375、380和386,在生态健康状况良好区间内,实现了从中等水平向中上水平的提升。

      To comprehensively evaluate the ecological benefits of the ecological restoration project of mountains, rivers, forests, farmlands, lakes and grasslands, in combination with regional natural conditions, ecosystems and socio economic status, an ecological health index evaluation system of mountains, rivers, forests, farmlands, lakes and grasslands was developed based on the pressure state response(PSR) model. This system comprised 23 specific indicators across 9 categories, covering three dimensions, namely ecological environment pressure, ecological health status and ecological health response capacity. This system was applied to assess the changes in pressure, states, response and comprehensive assessment index of ecological well being index(EWI) before and after the implementation of the ecological restoration project of mountains, rivers, forests, farmlands, lakes and grasslands in Jintan District, Changzhou. Results indicated that the pressure indices for 2020, 2021 and 2022 were 38, 36, and 38, respectively, the state indices were 2748, 3168, and 3108, respectively, and the response indices were 47 for all. 〖GK!87mm〗Both the pressure index and state index still showed significant room for improvement. The EWI for 2020, 2021 and 2022 were 375, 380, and 386, respectively, achieving a leap from a medium level to an upper medium level within the range of good ecological health conditions.
