| 综述了微塑料和重金属复合污染对土壤动物毒害作用的研究进展,探讨了微塑料和重金属的联合作用对土壤动物的物理损伤、组织病理学与细胞损伤,揭示了微塑料和重金属的联合作用对土壤动物的作用机制,包括氧化应激、DNA损伤与基因抑制、神经毒性、肠道微生物和代谢紊乱等。微塑料和重金属对土壤动物的影响复杂多变,提出了开展自然环境暴露实验、研究多种污染物的复合作用、探究污染物对土壤系统的交互作用等研究展望。 |

| This review summarized the recent research progress on the toxic effects of combined pollution of microplastic and heavy metals on soil fauna, discussed its physical, histopathological and cellular damage to soil fauna, and revealed the mechanism of the combined effect of microplastics and heavy metals on soil fauna, including oxidative stress, DNA damage and gene suppression, neurotoxicity, disruptions to gut microbiota and metabolism. The effects of microplastics and heavy metals on soil fauna were complex and variable. It proposed several key directions for further research, such as conducting natural environment exposure experiments, investigating combined effect of multiple pollutants and exploring interaction of pollutants on soil system. |
