      基于Sentinel 5P卫星反演的大气对流层NO2柱浓度数据,利用Sen+MK趋势分析、地理探测器等方法,分析京津冀及周边地区大气NO2柱浓度的时空特征与影响因素。结果表明:Sentinel 5P NO2柱浓度数据与地面NO2质量浓度数据有较强的线性相关性,可以反映地面NO2污染状况;空间上,整体以华北平原为中心向四周呈辐射状递减;时间上,2019—2023年对流层NO2柱浓度呈现周期性波动,并具有“冬高夏低”的特点;对流层NO2柱浓度变化趋势不显著面积占比为742%,显著变化面积占比最少,仅有18%,研究区北部地区呈增加趋势,南部地区呈减少趋势;单因素探测显示,第二产业产值对NO2柱浓度的影响力逐年下降,风向和常住人口的影响力较为稳定,风速和气压的影响力波动上升,降水量的影响力最不稳定且波动较大,降水量和气温的影响力具有“夏强冬弱”的季节性特征;与单因素相比,交互探测的影响力水平显著提升,NO2浓度受多要素耦合驱动。

      Based on the tropospheric NO2 column concentration retrieved from Sentinel 5P satellite, the spatiotemporal characteristics and influencing factors of NO2 column concentration in the atmosphere of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and its surrounding areas were analyzed by using Sen + MK trend analysis and geographical detectors. The results showed that NO2 column concentration by Sentinel 5P had a strong linear correlation with NO2 mass concentration on the ground, which could reflect ground level NO2 pollution. Spatially, NO2 concentration generally decreased radially from the center of North China Plain to all directions. Temporally, the tropospheric NO2 column concentration fluctuated periodically from 2019 to 2023, with the characteristic of being “higher in winter and lower in summer”. The proportion of areas with insignificant changes in tropospheric NO2 column concentration was 742%, while that with 〖GK!87mm〗significant changes was the smallest, only 18%. NO2 concentration showed an increasing trend in the northern part of the study area and a decreasing trend in the southern part. Single factor detection showed that the influence of secondary industry output on NO2 column concentration declined annually, the influence of wind direction and permanent res〖HK〗ident population remained stable, the influence of wind speed and air pressure exhibited a fluctuating increase, and rainfall exhibited the most unstable and highly fluctuating influence. The influence of rainfall and air temperature had a seasonal characteristic of “stronger in summer and weaker in winter”. Compared with single factor detection, the influence of interaction detection was significantly enhanced, and NO2 concentration was driven by the coupling of multiple factors.
