      以天山北坡乌鲁木齐市、昌吉州和石河子市城市群为研究区,采用多源数据分析法和PSAT技术研究2023年该城市群的大气污染特征、污染来源及成因。结果表明:2023年研究区AQI范围为18~397,阈值宽泛,全年重度污染以上天数为36 d;冬季首要污染物PM25质量浓度是夏季的84倍,是京津冀及周边地区和汾渭平原的15倍以上,冬季大气污染严重。对研究区冬季一次重污染过程分析表明,高空高压脊过境导致边界层下降,叠加两山一盆地的“弧状”地形和高湿、低风速及偏西风等不利气象条件是重污染天气形成的原因。PM25溯源分析显示,乌鲁木齐市和昌吉州以本地排放源为主,石河子市主要受外来输送的影响。排放源分析显示,本地排放呈现高能耗、高聚集和重工业特点,应着重加强石化、有色金属、钢铁和水泥等行业减排,优化产业布局。此外,须重点关注热力供电行业能源使用情况及自备电厂治污设施低效问题,并加强区域间联防联控。

      Taking the urban agglomeration of Urumqi, Changji Prefecture and Shihezi on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains as the research area, this paper investigated the characteristics, sources and causes of air pollution in the study area in 2023 by using multi source data analysis and PSAT technology. Results indicated that the AQI in the study area ranged from 18 to 397, with a broad distribution. There were 36 days of severe pollution or above throughout the year. The mass concentration of PM25, the primary pollutant in winter, was 84 times that of in summer and more than 〖GK!87mm〗15 times that of in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and its surrounding areas as well as the Fenwei Plain, reflecting severe winter pollution. Analysis of a severe pollution episode in the study area in winter revealed that the causes of the severe pollution weather include the passage of an upper level high pressure ridge leading to the descent 〖JP3〗of the boundary layer, an “arc shaped”〖JP〗〖HK〗 terrain of two 〖JP2〗mountains cradling one basin, and unfavorable meteorological conditions such as high humidity, 〖JP+1〗low wind speed and 〖JP〗westerly wind. Source〖JP〗 appor〖HK〗tionment analysis of PM25 indicated that local emission sources dominated in Wulumuqi and Changji Prefecture, while in Shihezi, it was mainly affected by external transportation. Analysis of emission sources exhibited that local emissions were characterized by high energy consumption, high aggregation and a dominance of heavy industries. Efforts should focus on strengthening emission reductions in petrochemical, non ferrous metals, steel and cement industries, and optimizing the industrial layout. In addition, special attention should be paid to energy usage in the thermal power supply industry and inefficiency of pollution control facilities in self owned power plants, and joint prevention and control among regions should be strengthened.
