      为监测鄱阳湖及周边环境中耐药菌的污染现状,采集鄱阳湖沉积物及附近养殖场、屠宰场和污水处理厂的废水样品,〖JP+1〗利用含4mg/L黏菌素的培养基分离耐药菌株,经16S rDNA测序进行菌种鉴定,采用微量肉汤稀释法进行药敏试验,基于PCR测定4种重要病原菌中7种临床重要耐药基因的携带情况,以分析分离菌株的种属及耐药特征。结果表明,37个样品中共分离获得20株革兰阴性耐药菌,其中包括铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌及肠杆菌属等临床病原体。所有分离菌株均呈现多重耐药,其中1株鲍曼不动杆菌中检出了编码β-内酰胺类酶的重要耐药基因blaGES。

      To investigate the current situation of antibiotic resistant bacteria pollution in Poyang Lake and its surrounding environment, this study collected sediment samples from Poyang Lake and wastewater samples from nearby farms, slaughterhouses and sewage treatment plants. Antibiotic resistant strains were isolated using the culture media containing 4 mg/L colistin, and were identified by 16S rDNA sequencing. Susceptibility test was performed by micro broth dilution method. The presence of 7 clinically important antibiotic resistance genes in 4 important pathogens 〖JP2〗was determined by PCR to analyze the species and antibiotic resistant characteristics of the isolated strains. The results showed that a total of 20 Gram negative antibiotic resistant strains were isolated from 37 samples, including clinically important pathogens such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii and Enterobacter. All isolates were multidrug resistant, with the important β lactamase encoding resistance gene blaGES being detected in one Acinetobacter baumannii strain.
