      为实现太湖流域水质目标精准管理,基于“划分控制单元〖CD*2〗核算入河污染〖CD*2〗建立响应关系〖CD*2〗制定减排方案”技术框架,以太湖湖西区为研究对象,开展以控制单元为基础的污染减排方案研究。结果表明:面源是太湖上游汇水区控制单元入河污染负荷的主要来源,对总磷贡献率达866%;苏南运河是入湖总磷负荷最主要来源,〖JP2〗占比达580%;别桥、吕城、五牧控制单元对入湖总磷负荷的贡献分别为602%、521%、456%。〖JP2〗为实现重点断面总磷值达Ⅱ类水质目标(01 mg/L),〖JP〗入河污染负荷须在2022年基础上削减370%。

      To achieve precise management of water quality targets in Taihu Lake basin, taking the western region of Taihu Lake as the study area, a pollution reduction plan based on control units was developed with the technical framework of “delineating control units calculating pollution inflow into rivers establishing response relationships formulating reduction plans”. The results indicated that non point sources were the primary contributors to the pollutant load entering the rivers from the control units of the upstream catchment area in Taihu Lake, contributing 866% to total phosphorus(TP). The Grand Canal in southern Jiangsu was the most significant source of TP loading into Taihu Lake, accounting 〖GK!87mm〗for 580%. Control units in Bieqiao, Lvcheng and Wumu contributed 602%, 521% and 456% respectively to TP load entering the lake. To achieve the target of TP in key sections meeting the Class Ⅱ water quality standard(01 mg/L), the pollution load entering the rivers must be reduced by 370% compared with that in 2022.
