| 对1 000 MW燃煤机组燃煤、石灰石及飞灰、炉渣、石膏、脱硫废水、废气颗粒物中Cr、As、Cd、Pb进行测定,并检测机组飞灰、炉渣、石膏的浸出毒性。结果表明:As、Cd、Pb在飞灰中含量最高,Cr在炉渣中含量最高;燃煤产生的Cr、As、Pb,有766%的Cr、882%的As、 802%的Pb富集在飞灰中;脱硫废水中金属元素迁移至飞灰、炉渣、石膏中未对其固体废物属性产生影响,判定飞灰、炉渣、石膏均为一般固体废物;输入输出物料中Cr、As、Pb质量平衡率分别为111%、106%、81%,在可接受范围内。 |

| The contents of Cr, As, Cd and Pb in coal, limestone, fly ash, slag, gypsum, desulfurization wastewater and flue gas particulate matter from a 1 000 MW coal fired unit were analyzed, and the leaching toxicity of fly ash, slag and gypsum was determined. The results indicated that As, Cd and Pb had the highest content in fly ash, while Cr had the highest content in slag. Among the Cr, As and Pb from coal combustion, 766% of Cr, 882% of As and 802% of Pb were enriched in fly ash. Since the migration of metal elements from desulfurization wastewater to fly ash, slag and 〖GK!87mm〗gypsum had no impact on their solid waste attributes, the fly ash, slag and gypsum were identified as general solid wastes. The mass balance rates of Cr, As and Pb in the input and output materials were 111%, 106% and 81%, respectively, all within the acceptable range. |
