      以自然沉降法(沉降法)为参考标准,初步对比滤膜浓缩法(滤膜法)、离心浓缩法(离心法)对浮游植物前处理的测定结果。结果表明:滤膜法、离心法测定的浮游植物物种数少于沉降法,与沉降法呈显著正相关,无显著差异;滤膜法在浮游植物计数与分类差异百分比方面优于离心法,控制沉降法浓缩体积为10 mL~50 mL时,可降低滤膜法与沉降法计数差异百分比;在前5种优势浮游植物测定中,滤膜法计数差异百分比低于离心法,而分类差异百分比则相反。浮游植物快速测定用滤膜法进行前处理,7个不同水体测试物种数和计数结果的RSD分别为150%~256%和95%~244%。

      Taking the natural sedimentation method as the reference standard, this study preliminarily compared the determination results of phytoplankton by the pretreatment methods of membrane filtration concentration and centrifugal concentration. The results showed that the number of phytoplankton species determined by the membrane filtration method and the centrifugation method was less than that by the sedimentation method. Although both methods were significant positive correlated with the sedimentation method, there was no significant difference. The results by the membrane filtration method for determining the percentage difference in phytoplankton count and classification were superior to those by the centrifugation method. When the concentration volume was controlled between 10 mL and 50 mL, the percentage difference in count determined by the membrane filtration method and the sedimentation method could be reduced. When determining the count of the top five dominant phytoplankton species, the percentage difference by the membrane filtration method was lower than that by the centrifugation method, while the difference in classification was the opposite. The RSDs of phytoplankton species number and count in water samples from 7 different sections rapidly determined by the membrane filtration method were from 150% to 256% 〖GK!87mm〗and 95% to 244%, respectively.
