      分3个季节在独流减河不同河段采集水样,研究水样中不同形态碳含量的变化特征,分析河流固碳增汇路径。结果表明:独流减河水体中溶解性有机碳(DOC)和总无机碳(TIC)的含量表现出显著的季节性变化,DOC含量在3月最高、11月最低,TIC含量表现为全年逐渐增加的趋势,而颗粒有机碳(POC)和总碳则无显著季节性变化;分析不同形态碳和水体理化因子的相互关系,发现水体中总磷、硝态氮和电导率对碳含量的变化有显著影响。〖JP2〗通过引入水草等大型水生植物,丰富水生态系统结构,将不稳定的无机碳等碳形态转变为稳定的POC形态,是增加独流减河水体中碳汇的主要路径之一。
英文摘要:
      Water samples were collected from different sections of the Duliujian River in three seasons, the variation characteristics of the content of carbon forms and carbon sink enhancement pathways of the river were studied. The results showed that the concentrations of dissolved organic carbon(DOC) and total inorganic carbon(TIC) in the Duliujian River exhibited significant seasonal variations. DOC concentration was the highest in March and the lowest in November, while TIC concentration showed a gradual increasing trend throughout the year. Particulate organic carbon(POC) 〖JP2〗and total carbon presented no significant seasonal changes. By analyzing the correlations between different carbon forms and the physicochemical factors of the water, it was found that total phosphorus, nitrate nitrogen and electrical conductivity had significant impact on the variation of carbon content. One of the main pathways to enhance the carbon sink in the Duliujian River was introducing aquatic macrophytes to improve the structure of aquatic ecosystem, and converting unstable inorganic carbon into stable POC.
