| 通过构建耦合协调量化评估模型,分析2013—2022年南京市减污与降碳之间的协同效应和演变趋势,对南京市大气减污降碳协同效应进行量化评估。结果表明,南京市大气污染物减排效果显著,污染物排放当量累计下降率为891%,污染物排放强度累计下降率为947%,污染物排放强度下降幅度优于污染物排放当量。南京市碳排放量波动增加,累计增长率为24%,碳排放强度整体显著下降,累计下降率为504%。从污染物排放量与碳排放量协同效应分析,耦合协调度经历了上升(2013—2017年)、下降(2017—2020年)和上升(2020—2022年)阶段;从污染物排放强度与碳排放强度协同效应分析,二者耦合协调发展势头良好,由严重失调发展为优质协调。 |

| This study quantitatively assessed the synergistic effects of air pollution reduction and carbon mitigation in Nanjing by constructing a coupled coordination quantitative assessment model for analyzing the synergistic effects and evolution trends between pollution reduction and carbon mitigation in Nanjing from 2013 to 2022. The results showed that Nanjing had achieved significant effects in air pollution reduction, with the cumulative reduction rate of pollutant emission equivalent of 891%. The cumulative reduction in pollutant emission intensity was 947%, which outperformed the reduction in pollutant emission equivalent. The carbon emissions in Nanjing showed a fluctuating increase, with a cumulative growth rate of 24%. Carbon emission intensity decreased significantly overall, with a cumulative reduction of 504%. From the analysis of the synergistic effect between pollutant emissions and carbon emissions, the coupled coordination degree experienced three stages including rising(2013—2017), 〖GK!87mm〗〖JP2〗falling(2017—2020), and rising(2020—2022). From the analysis of the synergistic effect between pollution emission intensity and carbon emission intensity, the coupled coordination development showed a favorable trend, evolving from severe imbalance to high quality coordination. |
