| 分析了典型晶体硅太阳能电池板各组成部分材质及作用,综述了物理工艺、热处理工艺、化学工艺和复合工艺等4种退役晶硅光伏组件资源化利用技术的研究进展,讨论了现有回收处理工艺的优缺点、处理周期、处理成本与回收效益。针对目前回收过程中存在乙烯〖CD*2〗醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)胶膜的高效低污染去除、背板中含氟物质的无害化处置、晶硅电池片上热解残碳的脱除难点,提出了研发绿色高效回收处理技术、综合多种技术手段开发新型回收工艺、降低环境污染和能耗等研究展望。 |

| This paper analyzed the materials and functions of each component in typical crystalline silicon solar panels. It reviewed the research progress on four recycling technologies for end of life crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules, namely physical, thermal, chemical and combined processes. It discussed the advantages and disadvantages, processing cycles, treatment costs and recycling benefits of these existing recovery technologies. In view of the current challenges, specifically the efficient and low pollution removal of ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA)encapsulant, the harmless disposal of fluorinated substances in the backsheet and the elimination of pyrolytic carbon residues from the surface of silicon cells, future research directions were proposed, including development of green and efficient recovery technologies, integrated application of multiple approaches to develop novel recycling processes and reduction of environmental pollution and energy consumption. |
